Our services are provided by qualified professionals, but we are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

- Provide accurate and complete information when submitting documents for processing
- Ensure all documents submitted are lawful and do not infringe on any third-party rights
- Review all processed documents for accuracy before using them for official purposes
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Singapore
- Not use our Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
4. Document Processing
When you submit documents to us for processing:
- You warrant that you have the legal right to submit the documents for processing
- You grant us permission to handle, copy, and store the documents as necessary to provide the requested services
- You understand that we may need to share documents with third-party service providers (e.g., translators, notaries) as necessary to complete the requested services
- You acknowledge that processing times are estimates and may vary depending on document complexity and service provider availability
5. Fees and Payment

- Provide accurate billing and payment information
- Pay any applicable taxes

6. Refund Policy

- Refunds are not available once work has begun on your documents
- If we are unable to complete a service as requested, we will refund any fees paid for the uncompleted portion
- Processing fees (e.g., payment processing fees) are non-refundable
- Requests for refunds must be made in writing within 7 days of service cancellation
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and all document templates we provide are the intellectual property of Muvalu & Deguya or our licensors. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our templates or other intellectual property without permission
- Use our templates or services to create competing products or services
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from our materials
Documents you submit to us remain your property, and we claim no ownership rights over your original documents.
8. Confidentiality
We treat all client documents and information as confidential, subject to the following:
- We may need to share documents with third-party service providers as necessary to complete requested services
- We may be required to disclose information if legally compelled to do so
- We retain documents for a minimum period as required by Singapore law (typically 7 years)

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Muvalu & Deguya shall not be liable for:

- Any delays in service delivery beyond our control
- Any misuse of documents by third parties after we deliver them
Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the fees you paid for the specific service in question.
10. Accuracy of Documents
While we strive for 100% accuracy in all document processing:
- You remain ultimately responsible for verifying the accuracy and completeness of all documents before using them for official purposes
- We guarantee our translations will be accurate to the best of our professional judgment based on the source material provided
- We are not responsible for errors in source documents you provide to us
- Any claims of inaccuracy must be reported within 7 days of document delivery
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
